Overview

Granny Macs fudge store was established on Gallery Walk Tamborine Mountain in May 1997 by the Pfitzner family who had a number of Granny Macs stores on the Gold and Sunshine Coast.

The key products originally being Sunshine Coast macadamia nuts (from which the business took its name) a wide range of old fashioned confectionery and what has become the famous Granny Macs fudges are still made on site.

Their fudges have continued to be made in store for the 24 years of operation and Granny Macs Fudge is the original fudge store on Gallery Walk the busy tourist street on Tamborine Mountain.

Over the years we have created around 100 flavours of fudge too overwhelming to display all, they restrict themselves to a display of 42 flavours, which you are welcome to come and sample for free.

Granny Macs operates out of an old Queenslander building, originally the Postmasters House to the Post Office in Beenleigh.

Situated next door to Georges Paragon Seafood Restaurant in the middle of Gallery Walk, they invite you to come and reminisce while discovering confectionery from yesteryear, sample the fudges and explore the range of other products including conserves, souvenirs and ice-cream.
