Crafted by Executive Chefs Chris and Alex Norman, the set menu showcases the finest seasonal seafood from Queensland’s most esteemed sustainable producers. Indulge in freshly shucked oysters, Fraser Island Spanner Crab, and Queensland reef fish, with selections that evolve daily based on the freshest catch. Each course is expertly paired with a curated range of Chablis from Domaine William Fèvre, Domaine Bernard Defaix, and Domaine Jean Defaix.
